Thank you for shopping with Cortez Skate Shop. Below is our shipping policy outlining processing times, delivery expectations, and return shipping responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- Sundays
- Major holidays
- Severe weather or carrier interruption days
During product launches, holidays, or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package leaves our facility, Cortez Skate Shop is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Lost or delayed packages
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee order recovery
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- Refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to the address entered by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cortez Skate Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend shipping to secure locations whenever possible.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to Cortez Skate Shop in order to receive a refund or exchange.
We do not offer return shipping labels unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective due to our error
Returned items must be shipped back and received before any refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned in unused and original condition
- Products must include original packaging and tags
- Customers should use a trackable shipping service
Cortez Skate Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and item
- A description of the issue
We will review the issue and provide next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties and import taxes
- Any additional international carrier charges
Cortez Skate Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
