Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cortez Skateshop, we stand behind the products we sell and aim to provide clear policies in compliance with Texas consumer protection regulations.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for products purchased in person. However, exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be unopened and in original packaging
• Exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required

Cortez Skateshop reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Online Purchases

Customers may request a refund for online purchases if the item meets the following requirements:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be unopened
• Item must be undamaged
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Cortez Skateshop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used merchandise
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
