Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cortez Skateshop. We are a small, independently owned skate shop, not a large corporate warehouse. Every order is packed with care by real skateboarders who appreciate your support.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy seasons, holidays, sales, camps, or event weekends, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Small Business Notice
As a small skate shop:
• We do not offer overnight fulfillment like large retailers
• We may experience occasional inventory or supplier delays
• Each order is carefully packed by our in-house team
If there is ever a delay, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Issues
Cortez Skateshop is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of:
• The shipping box
• The damaged item
• The shipping label
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your items.
